Emmeline BOCHEREL is a French Tax & Corporate Lawyer since 2012. After working for 8 years for International companies (investment funds, international law firms, etc.), she decided to create her own law firm, called TAX SUITS YOU.
Serial entrepreneur, in 2021, she created Fredag, a training tech startup to teach French investors and companies all about their corporate and tax obligations. She also partnered with 4 other lawyers to create Foster+Avocats, a law firm for SMEs in Nantes.
Then, she discovered that foreign companies or entrepreneurs were frequently lost in the middle of French administrative rules. On top of that, they were not able to find bilingual contact persons who could help them and advise them, even though they frequently have simple needs: easilly and fastly incorporate a business in France and understand French documents and reglementations. Thus, Emmeline decided to offer a new solution, and created My Business in France.
Maartje HOSPEL is a Dutch paralegal that is currently studying at the Law School to become a Tax & Corporate Lawyer.
After working for different Law firms in The Netherlands and in France, she decided to join TAX SUITS YOU, where she assists Emmeline and is in charge of the partnership with DTS Duijn’s Tax Solutions and CompanyNL.
