#2 – Prerequisites for setting up a company
You will receive from us an email in order to know which kind of company you are expecting to create and to collect all different information and documents we need to incorporate your company.
#3 – Making a deposit at a French bank
We will ask you to make a deposit into a French Bank Account in order to incorporate your company and receive the special receipt from your bank. We can help you find a quick and effective bank.
#4 – Signature of all the documents
As soon as all the documents are ready, you will receive an invitation to sign your documents online. The documents will be established in French and in English for you to be able to fully understand your legal obligations.
#5 – Setting up your company online
We will complete for you all the formalities to create your company.
#6 – Delivering the incorporation receipt
Once we receive it, we will send you the kbis (ID of your company), allowing you to legally begin your activities and unblock your deposit at the bank!
